邀請您一起來舞動身心。不但能培養您健美體態，肢體協調靈活，更有節奏感、表現力，而且能豐富、抒發、表達情感，起到良好的健身健心作用。對人們的心態、生理、情感、品德等多方面起潛移默化的作用。 
不需舞蹈基礎，歡迎結伴參加。

An Adult Jazz Dance Workshop is offered by Bliss & Wisdom Culture & Education Organization (BWCEO). 
It can be a good way to relieve stress from the busy life. Dance as a form of exercise can improve one’s posture, body coordination, sense of rhythm, ability to express, and gradually reach to a healthier state of body and mind. It can also affect one’s daily attitude physically, emotionally, and ethically in a positive way.  
No prior dance experience is needed.  Come with your friends and have a fun time.

Time: Sat. 3pm 2/16, 2/23, 3/09, 3/23, 3/30 (5 sessions)
