WORKSHOP SESSION #1: The Art & Science of Getting Into the Right Door

Corporate diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts can sometimes fall short of helping to move workplace culture toward the holy grail designation of “best place to work”. It has been reported by many news sources that employees sometimes feel like their employer is just going through the motions. What’s up with that? Well, we want to unpack it, talk about it and push the work forward. Come join the conversation, give voice and learn how you can be the change you want to see. It is going to be great!
