Looking to work up a sweat 💪🏻.. or just a partake in a morning BOOST &amp; some brews?! 🍻 Our HIIT class is the class for you! We are kicking off the start of patio season in the BEST way! 🤩We will have 1 hour full body workout class lead by Certified CrossFit Coach, Ali Burgmeier &amp; a cold tasty brew for you! Class starts 10:00am. 👏🏻What you need to know 👇🏻-Join us after the class for NO SHOWER HAPPY HOUR! We will be serving some specialty cocktails 😉 &amp; our NEW Breakfast Flatbreads! Kitchen items will be available for purchase immediately following the class! 🤤 Have a lazy friend that isn't into in the workout, but is into the brews?! Bring them too- ALL are welcome to a RRB Happy Hour!- Please REGISTER for this event as space is limited!- The cost to attend this class is $11! That includes your registration + a brew!So get that mat out and come join us in earning that tasty beer!*All levels are welcomed.*
