Hi, I’m Janae. Thanks so much for being here! I hope my teachings empower you to become aware of who you really are. It’s important to remember that we are much more than human beings. We are soul beings, moving through this human experience and when you become aware of who you are, you will find all the answers you need.

We can align with our truest gifts by living in Virgo's vibration of self-love and self-acceptance. We can acknowledge the parts of ourselves that make us unique, and we can offer our genuine gifts to society. We are each here to contribute to the collective in some way. In order to fully give these gifts, we must first recognize them, and we must heal first in order to do this. our circle will be for releasing, letting go, &amp; sharing sacred space // 8 pm est // virtual offering- gentle movement, meditation, journaling, ritual-work, and a releasing ceremony to close- as well as, soothing music to root us in &amp; a free mini guided workbook for download as a giftdonation based // email me for any questions, janae@goddess-andthemoon.comhave your favorite journal handy, and create an altar for yourself if you don't already have one. this can consist of crystals, incense, candles, plants, or whatever you feel called to!About me: a moon guide by nature, I love to work with the moon, practice yoga, and meditate. As a yoga and meditation instructor with 200 hours of training at the My Vinyasa Practice Institute, I use the moon as a tool to achieve my goals and align with my highest self. Through this, I created Goddess and the Moon, a moon circle project where I gather with others in circle to open our hearts to one another, share, explore, and heal through the magic of lunar rituals.
