Também Também is a woman-led experimental Brazilian quartet based in Durham, North Carolina. Characterized by layered vocal harmonies and interwoven percussive parts, their music primarily takes inspiration from Brazilian legends such as Sergio Mendes, Joyce, Jorge Ben Jor, and Hermeto Pascoal. Também's philosophy centers around combining unlikely elements to create something surprising and new. Always genre-crossing, Também's music incorporates elements of psychedelic rock, samba, and jazz fusion. Laura GonzquiLaura Gonzqui is a seasoned Latin-Fusion artist with roots in Jazz, Soul, Blues and World music. A smooth sound that captivates listeners of all backgrounds and ages. Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela and residing in Raleigh, NC, USA, Laura has performed Latin rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia and more. She is currently a solo artist and her latest work "In Black" was released December 2021 on all digital music platforms.
