A﻿s a film/video/photo producer who grew up in the theater I miss the thrill of live events and am excited to bring comedy, spoken word and the occasional open mic to downtown Chelsea, MA which at one point during the early part of the 1900s had not one, not two but four theaters along Broadway.  My great-grandparents were able to see Yiddish theatre in the 1930s.  In fact, the building I live in WAS the location for that Yiddish theater.  For all these reasons and more, I truly believe that by simply opening up a door I am helping to contribute to the creative economy of our unique and vibrant city under the bridge.

She made her television debut on Comedy Central&#x27;s Hart Of The City with the legendary Kevin Hart. Maria recently performed during the Best of Boston Show at the 2021 Boston Comedy Festival. When she is not on the stage talking about the nonsense of this mortal existence, she is fighting for worthy social causes she cares about – like abolishing pineapple as a pizza topping once and for all.</p><h3>Lizzie Sivitz - Featured/http://www.lizziesivitz.com/</h3><p>Lizzie Sivitz is a musical comedian, performer, and graphic artist. Her comedic videos on TikTok (@tickytockybb) and YouTube have racked up over 50 million views. She is a co-producer of Fruits by the Foot comedy, an LGBT comedy showcase in Boston.</p><h3>Zach Stewart - Opener</h3><p>Zach Stewart is an up-and-coming comedian in the Boston stand-up scene. He uses his conversational style and his storytelling abilities to be able to connect with a variety of audiences. You can find Zach performing in venues all around the greater Boston area including the Rockwell Theater and the Comedy Studio as well as performing in Salem, Northampton, and Provincetown. When he&#x27;s not doing stand-up, you can find him listening to Shania Twain and Sheryl Crow while in a McDonald&#x27;s Drive-Thru.</p><h3>F﻿redo Cruz - Special Guest</h3><p>He has preformed on shows in Maine, NH and Boston and has done an all Spanish show at Chelsea City Comedy. Fredo also runs show at One Broadway Collaborative in Lawrence, MA.</p>
