When would be the best time to attend?

While the dinner runs from 5:00-8:00 p.m., the busiest time period is between 5:00-6:30 p.m.  If you would like a shorter wait in line, more available tables, and closer parking options, please plan to attend after 6:30 p.m.

Are tickets available at the door?

Accepted Answer

No.  Advance reservations are required and payment must be made by midnight on Sunday, April 16th, 2023 on EventBrite, or by calling the Library at 304-473-4219, ext. 10 by 10:30 a.m. on Monday, April 17th, 2023.

I own a business and have heard Corporate Sponsorship for the event is a possiblity?

When is the absolute last time I can be assured of purchasing a ticket for this event?

Accepted Answer

We need to have a final count of dinners to send to our partners by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 17th.  Tickets may be purchased until then.
