Rolling Stones keyboardist Chuck Leavell screens the Minnesota episode of America's Forests and performs with Big Wave Dave and the Ripples

Rolling Stones keyboardist <a href="https://chuckleavell.com/bio/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chuck Leavell</a> returns to Sacred Heart Music Center to celebrate the recent PBS broadcast of "America's Forests with Chuck Leavell: Minnesota." Leavell filmed the Minnesota episode of America's Forests last winter which included a performance of Bob Dylan's "Like A Rolling Stone" with <a href="https://www.bigwavedaveandtheripples.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Big Wave Dave and the Ripples</a> at Sacred Heart.T﻿he episode is currently airing nationwide on PBS.T﻿he event will kickoff with Leavell and Big Wave Dave and the Ripples performing an opening song. A Fireside Chat discussing northern Minnesota forestry issues will follow.The evening will be highlighted by a special version of the award-winning film "<a href="https://www.chuckleavellthetreeman.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chuck Leavell: Treeman</a>" by filmmaker Allen Farst and a screening of the America's Forests Minnesota episode, which was filmed in Duluth and along Minnesota's north shore.Leavell and Big Wave Dave and the Ripples will close the event with another song on the beautiful Sacred Heart Music Center stage.<a href="https://www.americasforestswithchuckleavell.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">America’s Forests with Chuck Leavell </a>captures the breadth of our nation’s woodlands – both public and private. The series features different stories that demonstrate how vital forest habitats are to the well-being and economic health of communities across the country.
