Dumpling Down! Chinese New Year Food Festival

SPARK is Mission Bay’s food truck park, beer & sangria garden, and community gathering space. Their goal is to cultivate a fun meeting place in the neighborhood, capturing the spirit of sparking conversations, starting parties, and bringing people together. They collaborate with over 150 Bay Area street food vendors to offer different food trucks every single day for both lunch and dinner as well as host food festivals, holiday celebrations, and sports viewings.

Get down on delicious dumplings, bottomless kumquat mimosas, and Chinese beers at the biggest Lunar New Year food festival in San Francisco — Dumpling Down! Vendors from all over the Bay Area will be steaming, frying, baking, and saucing authentic Chinese dim sum classics like shumai, bao buns, and xiao lung bao — each filled with traditional delights like shrimp, pork, cabbage, and chives! Once you've dumpling'd to your heart's delight, sink your chopsticks into other Chinese treats! Onion pancakes, sesame balls, boba, and Taiwanese-style shaved ice cream will also dot the menus of all your favorite Asian food trucks. Celebrate the year of the pig by diving into a mountain of delicious dumplings with us!
