What is meditation?

A more sensory and imaginative approach to meditation. Guided Imagery leads you through vivid experiences produced by your senses. You may feel as if you're on a "mental vacation".

What is yoga nidra meditation?

A more systematic approach to meditation, Yoga Nidra is "yogic sleep". A state of deep relaxation is reached by moving through a series of steps, producing alpha waves in the brain. This provides a dreamlike state between awareness and sleep offering mental, emotional, and physical relief.

What is sound & mantra meditation?

A more sound-oriented and vocal approach to meditation. Sound & Mantra meditations feature beautiful sound bowls (vibrations) that affect and interact with certain brain waves. Mantras are sacred phrases (non-religious) chanted/sung to enhance and deepen meditation. Translations will be provided.
