The main presentation will be focused on State Housing Legislation. You are no doubt aware that the state legislature is tirelessly working on legislation to address our housing crisis. There are now many new laws in place to assist homeowners, developers and design professional to help them develop the housing we so urgently need in communities all over California. The more you know, the more you will be able to navigate these complex laws and take advantage of them to advise your clients and streamline the project approvals process. The presenters, Tony Tomasello, Rachel Raynor, and Frank Thompson are experts on these laws and will provide you with invaluable knowledge and insight on how to understand them, where they are applicable, and how to use them to get your projects approved.
