<p>Sound, frequency and vibrational healing works on a cellular level. Sound bath can retune your body, mind and spirit encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. Using therapeutic singing bowls and other instrumentation (gong, chimes, bells, rattles, drums) we can create a combination of tones and vibrations that can produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system.  Purge the toxic buildup from your system. Stimulate lymphatic flow and reset your nervous system.   Enjoy complete relaxation and leave feeling  rejuvenated and ready to maximize your bodies potential for healing. Doors open at 5:40pm. Early arrival is encouraged to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket to be warm and comfortable; you will be laying down. Dress comfortable. Bring water to stay hydrated.</p>
