Learn to honor your body and make PEACE with food. 🌱📌 Join us on March 11 (in person) and March 22 (virtually) for an Intuitive Eating Workshop with our amazing Registered Dietitian, Brianna Theus! This workshop will teach you the basics of intuitive and mindful eating, including making peace with food, practicing self-compassion, and learning mindful eating strategies. We will explore negative thoughts around food and the body, and learn to reframe them.
