D﻿uring this event, we are going to offer a free workout plus education about heart health. Our goals are to raise awareness about heart disease and give people the opportunity to engage in heart-healthy activities. 1﻿00% of the funds raised will go to benefit the American Heart Association. At the end of the campaign (April 6, 2023), we will give away 12 amazing gifts to lucky donors. The gifts come from special places/people that can do both: make people fall in love with the city and promote heart health. The gift list is <a href="https://www.drmariaespinola.com/the-list" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here.</a> Exercise can prevent or improve all the major risk factors that contribute to heart disease, including high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and unhealthy cholesterol levels. Exercise can also improve mental health problems like depression and stress, which are common but often ignored contributors to cardiovascular problems.
