Jennifer Dalke, volunteer program manager for The Nature Conservancy, will follow up with potential volunteers if space becomes available.

The Nature Conservancy is once again partnering with the Fairfax County Park Authority in Northern Virginia for a watershed cleanup. This spring cleaning event will remove tires, plastic bottles, cans and other debris from local waterways, preventing trash from reaching the nation’s largest estuary, the Chesapeake Bay.<h3><a href="https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/hidden-pond" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a><a href="https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/scotts-run" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Scott&#x27;s Run Nature Preserve</a> </h3>Park and meet at the lower parking lot at the intersection between Georgetown Pine &amp; Swinks Mill Road. You will see large orange cones and the creek running next to the lot when you enter. Do not use the address for Scott&#x27;s Run Nature Preserve for directions.
