The Richmond District office is responsible for the delivery of SBA programs and services to 92 counties in Virginia (excluding the counties of Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun, and cities of Alexandria, Fairfax and Falls Church which are served by ourWashington, D.C. District Office). The Richmond District office is located in the Federal Building, Suite 1150, 400 North 8th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. This program is designed for underrepresented women-owned small businesses to assist these businesses in becoming eligible for set-aside contracting opportunities. Lynne Mann, Program Director, Crater PTAC The PTAC’s serve as the axis for existing and new business to strengthen the defense industrial base by accelerating innovation, fostering integrity, and establishing resilient and diverse supply chains. Lynne Mann spent 25 years in the private industry in numerous positions including office management, HR up to CFO. She found the PTAC working in the private industry and knew immediately she had finally reached her ultimate job!!! ﻿
