2023 Junior Olympic Archery Development

Northern Lights Archery Club

The Northern Lights Archery club is offering a Junior Olympic Archery Development training class for individuals ages 8-20. This is a 8 week course on Tuesday evenings, limited to the first 10 participants in each session (2 sessions are being offered). The first session is 5pm-6pm and the second session is 6:30pm-7:30pm. Cost of the course is $100. Participants can provide their own equipment, or rental equipment can be provided for $25 through the club.Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD) is a program of USA Archery that helps archers to enjoy the sport recreationally or progress to the excitement of competition!JOAD offers barebow, recurve and compound archers the opportunity to learn range safety and proper shooting technique in an environment that also fosters focus, increased self-confidence, and team building skills. JOAD is open to any youth archer aged 8 to 20 and is designed to grow with the youth archer.
