Chakra balancing is a holistic, complementary therapy that uses a combination of energy work, crystal healing, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and Reiki to promote physical, mental, and emotional healing. Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps to restore balance and promote healing in the body by guiding universal life force energy through gentle touch. Crystals are used to focus and direct energy, helping to unblock the body’s energy pathways. Chakra balancing is an ancient practice that works with the body’s seven major energy centers, or chakras. In this philosophy, each chakra is associated with a specific area of the body, and when they become blocked, energy cannot flow freely, and health can be compromised. Energy balancing sessions often involve the use of guided meditation to help clear the mind and relax the body. This helps to open the energy pathways and allow the practitioner to access blocked areas of the body’s energy field. After a session of energy/aura balancing, many people report feeling an overall sense of well being and balance in their physical, mental, and emotional bodies.
