Savor the authentic flavors of the Philippines as Chef Batiste presents a feast of dishes, served family-style on a traditional kamayan table using banana leaves as plates. Indulge in a bounty of succulent meats, fresh seafood, and aromatic rice dishes, all expertly crafted by the talented chef. Come with an empty stomach and an open mind, ready to experience the ultimate in Filipino dining. Don&#x27;t miss out on this and reserve your spot today!W﻿HAT IS A KAMAYAN FEAST? Kamayan is a Tagalog word that translates to &quot;by hand&quot; and refers to the traditional Filipino style of eating—communally, and without plates or utensils. A typical kamayan meal features a table covered in smooth, waxy banana leaves, a natural substitute for plates and placemats. Spread along the leaves is typical Filipino fare, including fried fish, shrimp, lechon, lumpia, longanisa, bone marrow and WAY more. And, essential to any Filipino meal, everything must be served with plenty of rice and sauces. We will always feature the classic Filipino staples like our adobo, longanisa, lumpia and garlic rice. However, past that, it will always be a delicious surprise. Then finish it all off with some of our Ube Soft Serve (lactose free). LEFTOVERS: If you didn&#x27;t know, Chef Barb always cooks A LOT of food. So when you have eaten as much as you possibly can, we will give you to-go boxes so you can take the left-overs home to enjoy later. Warm some up and just add a fried egg to make the best breakfast ever the next day.SEATING: We have multiple &quot;communal&quot; tables available. Seat location is first come, first serve.
