If I can't make it by the start time, will I still be able to join in-person?

Absolutely. Your presence means the world to us. Feel free to join the event in progress. There will be plenty of food and time to network and engage with the community.

Are the tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee. The proceeds of this event will benefit a nonprofit organization and we require commitment to ensure you can enjoy the full experience in all of its capacity.

Is there an age requirement?

Accepted Answer

Although there is no age requirement, we ask that participants are able to sit quietly for greater than one hour to ensure all attendees can enjoy the evening's festivities. The event is family-friendly and no alcoholic beverages will be served.

Is parking provided?

The Rich Hart Studios provides ample free parking with handicap-accessible entry. If special accommodations are needed, please simply email the organizer at least 48 hours ahead of the event start time.

Will food be served?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be exquisite cuisine provided by Chef Jarvis Williams. Food selections take into account individuals who might have special diet requirements. desserts and non-alcoholic beverages will be served during Happy Hour and dinner.
