【活动背景】 近日，移民局（USCIS）就H1B申请方式重大改革发出公告，预计2019年开始施行新的申请方式，本期微享会我们特邀USJ法律顾问蔡旌明律师（法学博士）James Cai与各位分享 CPT/OPT、H1B最新政策。   
蔡旌明律师执照获准在加利福尼亚州法院，加利福尼亚州联邦北区法院，美国第九巡回上诉法院和美国专利和商标局执业。蔡旌明律师致力于社区服务，经常作为当地新闻媒体，非营利组织和商会的邀请嘉宾就当前的法律问题进行评论。他现任USJ法律顾问，曾经担任雅虎公司的内部资深法律顾问。他的法律专长侧重于公司法，民事诉讼，移民法(L-1， EB-5， H-1B，PERM)。他曾成功代表过雅虎(Yahoo!)，英特儿 (Intel)，诺基亚 (Nokia)，海信(HiSense)，OFO,裕隆集团，美国网讯公司(Webex), 中国苏州工业园区(Suzhou Industrial Park)，加州圣何塞芭蕾舞团（Ballet San Jose）等著名企业，以及众多的中小企业，社区团体和个人。
