Dance Atlantic Inc is hosting a free weekly cardio dance fitness class every Monday!  Know of anyone interested in a Zumba/cardio dance/fitness style class!? Invite some friends to come with you! Every Monday starting Jan 7, at 7:30pm for an hour! We've moved and our new location is: 2796 Fulton St (between Van Siclen and Hendrix). It's a low/medium intensity workout that anyone can do at their own pace. The class is appropriate for anyone at any level and age. I'll be sure to show some modifications for anyone who needs to simplify some moves or who needs to do it from a chair part or the whole time. You can definitely burn up to 500 calories and it's a great way to de-stress, shed some calories, tone and I can personally say that I've been able to get my high blood pressure down which has been amazing for me! I'd love to share it with you. Come through...let's dance, let's sweat and have a great time together! Hope to see you Mondays at 7:30pm. Bring a friend. Just walk in. 
Melody is the owner of Dance Atlantic Inc.  Melody teaches Zumba and latin dance classes.  She also volunteers to offer free dance fitness classes via #ShapeUpNYC  Come on down and bring a friend or two.  Our weekly class will include music from all around the world...a little of everything.  A little dance+fitness moves=a whole lot of fun!  hope to see you there!

For those of you interested in Salsa, we have an adult Salsa class which starts Tuesday, Feb 5th, 2019 at 7:30pm.  Cost is $50 monthly.  Register with a friend and get a discount.  Everyone must pre-register.
