Helping you answer if your doing this Equity Thing Correctly!We focus on being change agents for  Equity and Efficiency to better enhance the quality of life of every identity, and to make organizations of any size be more efficient at achieving equity outcomes.Many individuals have stated that they are not better off than they were, and that their quality of life has suffered.  In their work and living space, It Is Time can provide both an assessment, and facilitated focus, on where those issues lie and how to over come them.We work with multi - racial communities, to bring change through reconciliation, and equity, by tackling the barriers that exist or may arise and build a bridge between multi - ethnic communities, helping teach people to be more efficient and equitable.

Come eat and learn with other community members, about the ongoing efforts to enhance equity in all Gorham Schools within the District.

Gorham High School

Come and eat pie on our Rescheduled Pie Day event, while hearing from students, student groups, educators, and staff who are focused on key aspects of Equity throughout their schools and how we will look to continue Equity efforts into the future. Childcare will be provided by members of the GHS National Honor Society. *This program is intended specifically for Gorham Community Members, Parents, Guardians, and those students who attend any Gorham School. If you are not part of any of these communities we ask that you kindly refrain from attending to allow space for those with direct connection to Gorham. Thanks.
