Seminole County Animal Services Volunteer Orientation

Welcome to the Seminole County Animal Services Volunteer Orientation! Attendees are invited to join us at the shelter to learn how they can make a real difference in the lives of animals in need. Whether interested in walking dogs, socializing cats, assisting with adoptions, or supporting events, there is a role for everyone.

During the orientation, participants will have the opportunity to meet our team, tour the facility, and learn about the many ways to get involved, including our foster program, Bright Futures Scholarship program, and Hound Around Town program, where volunteers can take a shelter dog out for an adventure.

No prior experience is required; please bring a love for animals and a willingness to help. Attendees are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure seating and to complete all necessary paperwork.
