<p></p><p>As owner of Springboard NW, <strong>Jean Bonifas</strong> launched workforce communication skills training, group facilitation, and individual coaching in 2008. Springboard’s clientele includes individuals, small businesses, non-profits, and large organizations.</p><p>Jean holds a Master’s degree in speech communication from Western Washington University. Jean has a unique ability to foster confidence and empower others to communicate with clarity and compassion. Clients speak highly of her ability to address their issues without talking people to death.</p><p><strong>Cathy Wilkins</strong>, owner of Humans as a Resource, founded her business in 2016 to create human-centered practices and policies while helping business owners create a people-first business that meets their business goals. Her client list varies from non-profits to large multi-state for-profit businesses.</p><p>Cathy has a Bachelor’s Degree from Oregon State University, and holds an SHRM-SCP and SPHR. Cathy is a business consultant who specializes in the human side of things.</p><p></p>
