<p>Meet the team who developed Elements West and accomplished getting it added to the National Register of Historic Places. Housed in the E.W. Montgomery Cotton Warehouse, the building retains many of its original details and seamlessly integrates them into a modern apartment complex. The development team will detail the history of the building and its role in Greenville&#x27;s textile heritage, discuss the various tax credit programs used to make this project a reality, and showcase some of the unique building characteristics. </p>
