Join Jamie Nicholas, founder of Mighty Mindful Beings, for this community meditation class hosted at the Old Colorado City Library.

New to meditation? This is a beginner-friendly class where we'll explore the practice of mindfulness as well as the art of meditation. In this class, we'll use conscious movement to release negative energy stored within the body and work to reconnect the body and mind and bring about harmony within. Class will end with a 15-20 minute stress-relieving guided meditation.
Come see for yourself all the many benefits of practicing meditation all while connecting with those in the community on their own paths towards wellness and healing.
This is a donation based class- pay what you can if you can. All donations help support the mission to bring more opportunities for healing and wellness into the community.
