This class will focus on the basic knowledge of menstrual cycles, proper hygiene during that time and how to maintain self care.

This is for children who are between 9 - 12 years of age.Along with education, there will be light refreshments, a small calendar for participants (we will practice tracking cycles), a demonstration on menstrual products and the opportunity for questions.One parent is required to be in the building during the class, but they are not required to be present in the class** This is a safe space for all. Please bring all questions!
