Our goal is to help the community heal through past traumas, social and racial injustices, and develop holistic and effective coping tools to navigate this thing called life.Life is worth living and you're so worth all of it!We utilize a combination of psychotherapy and life coaching to help create realistic and obtainable goals with our clients.We are Trauma-Informed Care Focused and keep the process about YOU at all times.We have a team of awesome clinicians and educators who offer services in psychotherapy, parent coaching, student tutoring, college counseling, and executive coaching for the modern professional.

Hey Ya&#x27;ll! We&#x27;re celebrating Women&#x27;s History Month with a Wellness Pop-Up Shop. They&#x27;ll be msuic, food, baked goods, tea, coffee, mimosas and a photobooth! Our vendors specialize in crafting candles, mugs, accent/home decor, massage oils, body scrubs, natural hair products, and more! We&#x27;re sharing wellness tips and you&#x27;re welcome to participate in some of our crafting activities.
