The old saying goes, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” Join us as Rael Isacowitz w/BASI Pilates talks about The Power of Aging!

I have always maintained that the greatest contribution of Pilates to humankind, as a discipline, will be for youth and the mature population. These are the two stages in life that I believe Pilates can be most impactful; setting the stage for a life of well-being, and then maintaining that well-being as age takes its toll and the sun begins to set on life. These are also the two populations that we will ALL belong to during our lives.This workshop series will offer an overview of working with the aging population and give examples of useful repertoire on the full complement of Pilates apparatus, including of course, Mat, as well as the F2 Chair and F2 Spine Corrector.This will be offered as a series, providing time in between meetings to absorb, practice, and assimilate the material. Come and enjoy this informative five session series from 3:00pm-5:00pm each session!REGARDING CECs: You must attend ALL sessions to receive full credit. You will receive ten (10) CECs for this series. Partial credit WILL NOT be given.
