Learn24 is an initiative led by the Bowser Administration to ensure children and youth in the District have access to quality educational and enrichment activities beyond the school day.The Office of Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes, located in the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Education and informed by the Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes, leads the Learn24 network.

<p>This workshop will ground in a shared definition of racism, explore the different layers of racism, shift our understanding of how racism operates, and reflect on how racial inequity shows up in our institutions and world as a whole. We will also spend time examining and sharing our identities and building trust and community as a group. This workshop will be a springboard for future action to take within your organizations.</p><h3>Note: This is part one of a three part series.</h3>
