Come enjoy practicing the ancient art of Traditional Thai Massage! We will spend a few hours together in a healing environment created to help stretch and soothe the body. This is a safe class for anyone to join- we will be mindful and conscious of the needs of each person joining. You can come alone and get paired in class or bring a partner to try this afternoon of relaxing health massage. Take care!Brook Heathcoat studied Tradtional Thai Massage at ITM in Chaing Mai in 2017 for 3 months- becoming certified to teach the practice to beginners and professionals. She has steadily grown in her knowledge of Thai Massage as she has integrated it within her bodywork practice over the last 5 years.12-3pm$45 per person $75 if you come in a pair (to receive this discount please pay in studio)
