Tania Said from Tania Said Consulting will lead a discussion about board service and how to be a good board member for the organizations you serve. Board members will explore their &quot;why&quot; to improve leadership, resources, and performance through a series of prompting questions and discussion. This peer group is designed to provide a space for board leaders serving nonprofits in Muncie/Delaware County to connect and learn with other board leaders. Each session will have a facilitated discussion around a topic relevant to board service, leadership development, and nonprofit administration.A﻿bout the Facilitator: Recognized as an award-winning professional with over 30 years of experience in museums, higher education, government, and nonproﬁts, Tania Said (ta-NEE-ah sighED) founded Tania Said Consulting in 2022 to offer organizational and program development services that strengthen museums, nonproﬁts, and education to do more good for more people.
