<p><strong>Dwight Mihalicz</strong> has founded and is President of Effective Managers™, a management consulting firm based in Canada and providing services globally. He helps organizations identify root cause issues that hinder top performance and uses research-based methods to help them improve. </p><p>Dwight has worked with organizations of all sizes in all sectors. He has provided clients with simple yet effective solutions to complicated issues in local, national, and international contexts.</p><p>He has developed The Effective Point of Accountability® framework that provides an organized set of clear, definable standards for how work is done inside organizations. This enables more focused work throughout the workplace and breaks down silos.</p><p>Dwight is also involved in volunteer work. He is currently on the Board of The International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, the global membership body for Institutes of Management Consulting, where he served as Chair for three years. </p><p>He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to his profession, his clients, and the community. Dwight is also a Fellow of the Business Excellence Institute. </p><p>An author of many papers and publications, Dwight has published two books:</p><ul><li>The Effective CEO: The Balancing Act that Drives Sustainable Performance, a book that explores the key functions that CEOs must execute to be successful. </li><li>Consulting through Uncertainty: A Global Perspective, which explores the changing nature of professional services, and management consulting work in particular.</li></ul>
