PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: Due to new health and safety practices, there are LESS APPOINTMENT TIMES than normal. Please book NO MORE THAN 3 TIMES without calling or emailing Eric first at Eric@Ericphotos.com for special scheduling instructions.
To let all interested dancers participate fairly, Dance Portraits are done only by advanced prepaid sitting reservation. Tickets are $10.00 per sitting time/outfit/dancer. Please select your ticket FOR EACH SITTING TIME needed before checking out. Sitting Reservation Fees paid are credited back to you as a discount code for your 2024 Dance Portrait orders placed by the initial deadline. Cancellations with under 24hr advanced notice or any No Shows forfeit fees paid.
Please Purchase ONE SITTING TIME ("ticket") for EACH DANCER and EACH COSTUME. For example, 1 dancer with 3 outfits, is THREE unique sittings, so choose THREE times. Once you've selected all your times and paid for that number of sittings to complete your order, please print your tickets and bring with you on photo day. Note that unlike past years, now, please book all your sitting times in one time block, all in a row. (Up to 3 - if you need more, just contact us before booking)
By 8pm on MAY 30th , you'll get an email with your personal link and password for your private online proof album (that you can share with anyone YOU want by sharing link/password). Please view those proofs and place your order soon after, as proofs are online for TWO WEEKS ONLY - THE ORDER DEADLINE IS JUNE 13th (btw, the giant ugly watermarks on proofs are NOT all over your actual purchased images, so fear not!) Print Orders ship to your home in 6 weeks via insured, tracked Priority Mail, and you'll get an email notice when your order ships out.
Images photographed on the Contemporary Grey background will be available online to order as an instant download file ala carte, or greatly discounted as bulk instant image download packs, or also as printed portrait prints or packages. Prices start at $40.00 each for a Grey Background Print or Digital Image Download. Huge discounts on multiple image instant download packs ranging from 3 to 150 images!
The PLATINUM PACKAGES upgrades are a custom creation to love, with exciting graphic backgrounds, cute "bling" sayings, and personalization w/name, year, and whatever else.
