Learn all about tree care, planting, and community organizing in this multi-day workshop hosted by the PLAY Boulder Foundation&#x27;s Tree Trust. Topics include identification, biology, common myths, care &amp; pruning, planting &amp; irrigation, and community organizing. You will be joining a network of tree lovers with the goal of growing the urban tree canopy in the City of Boulder.Workshop D﻿ates: Tuesday, March 7, 14, and 21, 2023 (note: participants need to attend all three dates of this workshop series to complete the Tree Tender training)T﻿ime: 5:00-7:30pm (food provided)C﻿ost: $30/person, financial assistance availableL﻿ocation: The Farmhouse at Valmont Bike Park (white building located in the south end of the Valmont Bike Park parking lot) Email Tree Trust Program Manager, Mike Reichert at mike@playboulder.org with any questions.
