T﻿he Black Law Students&#x27; Association (BLSA) chapter at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, invites you to join us on February 10th for a Black History Month celebration. UVic BLSA is pleased to welcome comedian Hassan Phills to perform at our event. We would also like to thank the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, BC Branch, for sponsoring this event.Black law students and black professionals often feel immense pressure to represent our communities and that can take a toll on our wellbeing. So this year we are focusing on black joy because laughter is medicine. You are invited to come share some laughs with us and celebrate Black History Month.
