Who Should Attend

This public program is open enrollment for individuals and teams of any size and proficiency level, with no prerequisites. Neural training and mindfulness are essential skills for operating leaders, HR professionals, executive coaches, consultants, and educators - and are transformative for their clients, teams, and organizations.

Program Summary

Organizational Mindfulness courses teach a series of mental and emotional skills that go beyond stress reduction to improving human performance. We start with a comprehensive introduction to the latest insights in neuroscience, biology, and psychology - a secular and simple-to-follow framework for practice - and hands-on instruction in mindfulness, breathwork, attention control, visualization, and insight meditation.

Students then learn to apply specific practices to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout, restore focus and attention control, navigate change and uncertainty, cultivate emotional intelligence, work more effectively in teams, and develop greater mental strength and resilience.

OM Program Options

Public programs offer certifications for Organizational Mindfulness Practitioners, Facilitators, and Teachers. Students can register at any level or start with the Practitioner course and optionally decide to upgrade anytime.

The program is also available as a dedicated training for teams of ten or more, tailored to your objectives, and calendared at your convenience. It can be scheduled in 90-minute classes over eight weeks or as four half-day or two full-day workshops. To learn more about dedicated training, please contact us or schedule a call.

OM Practitioner Certification

Practitioner certification is an 8-week course designed for leaders and teams with no prerequisites. It teaches mindfulness and other neural training practices, applied to develop critical leadership and work capabilities, and solve real-world organizational challenges.

The course provides a comprehensive foundation in the science of mindfulness and its practical applications. Its goal is to develop essential mental and emotional skills for individual and organizational well-being and work performance. Graduates are qualified to continue through Facilitator, Teacher, and Teaching Partner certification and licensing.

OM Facilitator Certification

Facilitator certification is a 4-week extension for graduates of the OM Practitioner course who wish to share important features of all-science mindfulness to help their coaching clients, work teams, and organizations become more effective.

The course provides a comprehensive exploration of the Facilitator role, the detailed business case for mindfulness, experience leading basic mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization practices, and a series of case studies that map practices to resolve specific business challenges. Graduates are qualified to continue through Teacher certification and Teaching Partner Licensing.

OM Teacher Certification

Teacher certification is a 4-week extension for graduates of the OM Practitioner and OM Facilitator courses who wish to create formal coaching, consulting, education, or training programs, based on the principles and practices of all-secular, all-science organizational mindfulness.

The course provides a view of teaching opportunities and options, a deeper exploration of secular practices and inquiry, an examination of metrics and measures for business results, and facilitates peer-to-peer teaching and feedback. Graduates are qualified to create and teach their own programs or may apply to deliver the proprietary IOSM curriculum as a licensed Teaching Partner, or create an internal program as an Organizational Partner.

Teaching Partners are licensed to independently sell and teach the Organizational Mindfulness Practitioner course and additional proprietary curriculum developed at IOSM. To learn more about our Teaching Partnerships, please contact us or schedule a call.
