IMC Carolinas serves consultants in the area of North Carolina, South Carolina, SW Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida - and is  the regional home for members and guests of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA) in the Southeast.  Our chapter mission: to provide a collaborative network for ethically-grounded consultants to develop professionally and build successful consulting practices.

2023 Annual Business Meeting.  Members from near and far can join to discuss our organization's goals and future!

Please join our Board of Directors and membership for our annual Business Meeting as well as open and frank small group discussions to discuss the membership survey productively. All members are welcomed and encouraged to attend and participate. Voting for board members will also take place during this time. This meeting is only open to members.

With perceptive insight, proven strategies, and impactful coaching skills, he helps clients at the enterprise, team, and individual leader levels exceed even their own expectations. Tom has a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and extensive practical experience helping organizations re-focus business strategy to improve organization performance, alignment, and agility. He has been a featured speaker at international conferences and industry trade associations.Tom is an accomplished author of numerous articles, and co-author of a book entitled “Focused, Fast &amp; Flexible” with his former partner, Dr. Nick Horney. Tom is a Certified Management Consultant and former President of the Carolinas Chapter of IMC USA.

Clark, MS, ATC | Owner and President of Sarah Clark Consulting, LLC | <a href="https://linktr.ee/sarahclarkconsulting" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Learn More About Sarah</a> S﻿arah B. Clark, MS, ATC will discuss the results of the membership survey that was sent out during 2022 and facilitate an open discussion where the attendees will break out into small rooms to have open and frank discussions. Sarah currently serves as the Treasurer and Secretary of the Carolinas Chapter of IMC USA. She was instrumental in the creation of the needs analysis to solicit chapter membership to help take the organization in the direction which brings the most value.Sarah is the owner of Sarah Clark Consulting which focuses on privately-owned physician and dental practices by making them more efficient so that they can return to the joy of being a physician by providing comprehensive assessments and implementation. Taking a consultative approach to find the best path forward for the practice owners. Sarah is a highly sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator.
