<p>Join us for a divine feminine journey of inspiration &amp; exploration!  This women’s nature retreat is an immersive journey inward that allows for deeper connection to ourselves, others, and nature. It is a day for women to come together to rest, relax, recharge, recenter, and restore while enjoying time in the great outdoors &amp; engaging in wellness activities in sisterhood. This retreat is a reset for your body, mind and spirit. Get away from all the other responsibilities and stresses of life to focus on your self-love journey. The Goddess Experience is designed to help you come home to yourself and home to nature. It is an experience that will deeply connect you to your wise, wild, and free nature as well as to the environment around you. </p><p>This retreat will be held by the ocean as a way for us to connect deeply to nature &amp; the healing power that the natural world has to offer us. We believe that in our world of technological connection, we have lost our connection to nature, &amp; it is in remembering this inherent nature within us, that we will ultimately find the deepest connection to our highest most authentic selves. Experience the vibrance of life in Hawaii as you fill all your senses with the wonder &amp; awe inspired by our natural surroundings. </p><p>This mindful journey of self-love taken alongside fellow sisters hopes to inspire you to feel strong and confident in your body &amp; mind. To feel supported and encouraged among sisters. To be seen, heard, and acknowledged for your unique individual self. To cultivate creativity and connection. To release judgment of self &amp; others. The Exploring Within journey is facilitated by Bri, who combines dance and movement therapy practices for a holistic and immersive journey of inner and outer exploration. Each Exploring Within journey is a uniquely guided movement meditation &amp; powerful collective experience held in nature. We hold a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level.
