Confía Collective is moving on up! We are pleased to introduce our new ELEVATED space above our magical metaphysical shop to further create community with classes and workshops  to raise our collective even higher. Join us and get ELEVATED!

Join Ashlene Patten for a collaborative journey guided by Heart-Led Prana. The power of breath is a vastly untapped resource yet available to us all. This conscious, connected breathwork combines music, guidance, and heart-centered support to alter your brainwave state resulting in a space to escape mental chatter, deepen into the body and embody your true, profound human expression.Ashlene is a Holistic Breathwork Facilitator, Intuitive Embodiment Guide, and energy healer in Denver, Colorado. Using a grounded, approach, Ashlene creates an open container for her clients to breathe into their edges, express the unexpressed, and reunite with their wise inner being. *Please note: Some of the intensity of the breathwork will require modifications to provide a safe and healing space for all. All are welcome.- Detached Retina- Glaucoma- Kidney disease- High Blood Pressure- Cardiovascular disease, previous heart attack or stroke- Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions- Diabetes (any type)- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, please bring inhaler- Epilepsy- History of Seizures- Recent surgery, stitches or injury- PTSD or severe emotional crisis
