During QueSino Weekend, we seek sponsorships to support the weekend, which fund our mentoring, STEM, and scholarships program initiatives.

AT&T Stadium

VENDOR TABLE &amp; CHAIR:One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided to each vendor.RULES AND REGULATIONS:NO Guns or Drug paraphernalia will be sold. NO soft drinks or bottled water will be sold by any vendor.NO foul language will be tolerated from any vendor and/or staff. The vendor registration cost is for the entire evening. The preferred method of payment is via online through our website at www.seeitthru.org. Payments sent via mail should be mailed to the PO Box below, post-marked date by May 1st, 2023.Once your payment and registration are received, you will receive a confirmation call. If you mailed your payment and registration and do not receive a confirmation, call within 5 days, please call me at (409) 225-2745.SET-UP TIME:Vendors set up timesP﻿reQuel-5pm(6/9) ---- Golf-7am(6/10) --- QueSino Night 6pm(6/10)HOURS OF OPERATION:Vendors are responsible for attending to and the operation of their table during hours of the event. DEADLINE for RESERVATION:All payments and registration information should be mailed no later than May 1st, 2023. This is to allow sufficient planning of space utilization. CANCELLATIONS: A full refund will be provided upon a written request received by April 30th, 2023; otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
