Join MonaYoga and Kofi Ksa March 18th at 1:11pm as we set and solidify our intentions for the spring nu year, network and connect with like minded individuals, and indulge in tasty plant-based bites prepared by the one and only @chef_reenalee.This year we're teaming up with @dharmaglow to give the ATL community a transformational sound healing and guided meditation experience. Each attendee will receive a personal pair of headphones making this event more intimate and captivating. We will enjoy an amazing playlist curated by Dijon Bowden as we dance and release what is not serving us in order to become alinged with our highest selves. In March we have the Spring Equinox and New Moon energy back to back; so it’s only right that this year’s theme is “Sowing Fruitful Seeds”.
