The Feast is an annual 40-day worldwide spiritual practice immersion—a virtual intensive—during which people of all ages from all traditions make a commitment to practice deeply and expand their awareness. The Feast is observed each year on January 15th and concludes on February 23rd. Tens of thousands of people worldwide participate in the Feast every year.  The Feast aims to offer support for one’s daily spiritual practice and to create a community of people supporting one another. Each year we’d like to increase participation, as peace is obviously a priority on this planet. We make the wide variety of teachings, meditations, and spiritual discourses collected from a myriad of religious and spiritual traditions available to the general public at no cost, 24/7 365 days a year via the website: www.FeastfortheSoul.org. The Feast begins January 15th and ends on February 23. The daily practices are offered live for 40 days. When you sign up for one of these workshops, you are helping to support the Feast while deepening your spiritual practice. www.FeastforthesSoul.org

The world around us is buzzing with excitement as people wake up to the idea that all of creation is energy!! And the conversations and questions arise:<ul><li>What are the ramifications when considering this ‘knowledge?’</li><li>If all is energy, what can be understood in relation to each of us as part of the energy? And, why does it matter?</li><li>What is the relationship between this knowledge and our desires and self-realization?</li><li>What does it mean that energy includes that which is seen and unseen which has many different ‘realms and planes?’ </li></ul>In this two hour workshop, we will explore this topic through insightful reflection first, drawing upon ancient and modern insights. Then, you'll receive two Quantum Jump experiences where you privately identify a deep desire you have, and then enter into the process of opening to the resonant aligning of where the fulfillment of your desire already exists. She served as a Carmelite monastic nun for over 10 years, and is a inspirational speaker, seasoned retreat leader, and Reiki master.
