Open your spirit and awaken your senses to the natural world through Forest Therapy with Jodi Good.

As summer draws to a close, nature is reveling in the bounty from a season of peak productivity. Branches reach toward the ground under the weight of plump fruit. Mature nuts roll among the leaf litter, teasing the interest of forest rodents. The taste of fresh produce explodes with every bite. Even a breath of the air feels deep and fulfilling, suffused with rich humus and fragrent fungii. Summers brilliant Light is manifest in every leaf, nut, fruit, seed, spore...and the animals that celebrate it's bounty. Jodi Good (https://www.foresttherapypa.com/team.html) helps us restore our connection to the natural world during this season of plenty through a session of Forest Therapy. Expand your senses, open your heart, give and receive the generous gifts of accepting your place in the natural world.ACCESSIBILITY/PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: This program is mildly exertive but can be adapted to accomodate less activity.
