<LI>冉少平：出生于哈尔滨，知名歌唱演员，从1999年19次亮相央视春晚现场，被称为“春晚笑脸哥”</LI>
<LI>杨民升：男高音歌唱家，曾任匈牙利维克多国家剧院一号男高音，曾三年被匈牙利国家电视一台选入新年晚会古典美声唱法的独唱歌剧唱段</LI>
<LI>刘丽：抒情花腔女高音，师从多位国际级声乐大师，2017年央视“漂洋过海来看你”湾区特约独唱演员，现任梦幻艺术团团长，多次担任大型文艺演出总导演，艺术总监</LI>
<LI>方宏：男中音歌唱家，梦幻艺术团制作总监</LI>
<LI>王伟：著名打击乐器演奏家，电影《阿姐鼓》、《卧虎藏龙》打击乐演奏者</LI>
<LI>安宇鹏：优秀抒情男高音，曾获中国全国城市歌手大赛美声唱法金奖，并多次作为独唱演员参演上海市五一文艺晚会</LI>
<LI>党伟光：著名声乐教育家、男中音歌唱家，红歌会海外选区首席评委，东北籍</LI>
<LI>黄阿咏：著名女高音歌唱家，中國多項大型歌賽大獎获得者，东北籍</LI>
<LI>吴树德：著名唢呐演奏家、作曲家，国际、国内多项音乐大奖获得者，东北籍</LI>
<LI>姜新子：俄罗斯格拉祖诺夫国立音乐学院声乐表演博士，师从前苏联人民艺术家，女高音歌唱家，俄罗斯功勋演员，国家一级演员维多利亚·格拉琴科教授</LI>
