D﻿omi Station would like to invite you to take a trip to the Synapse Summit 2023, happening Tuesday, February 14th. Individuals will depart on Monday, February 13th and return back to Tallahassee, FL on Wednesday, February 15th. Here are the different pricing packages that are available.S﻿ee You There Package: FreeA﻿lready have your ticket to Synapse? Tag along for the ride. Domi Station has a full itenaray of fun stops in different innovative communities. You can purchase your Synapse Summit ticket by visiting <a href="https://events.bizzabo.com/418973?promo=PascoEDC" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>. A﻿dd-ons: <ul><li>1 V﻿IP Ticket to Synapse: $350</li><li>1 E﻿xtra GA Synapse Ticket: $160</li><li>Transportation $160</li></ul>Housing: Attendees will stay at a hotel, located in downtown Tampa, FL. Depending on the package purchase, attendees will be housed In shared accommodations. Individuals can request a roommate for dual occupancy, as long as the requested individual pays for a package separately. Only then will roommate requests be granted. D﻿omi Station is not liable for personal and/or property damages within hotel rooms. Any additional charges made on behalf of the hotel will be split and billed to both parties that are occupying the room. Travel: Domi Station will provide a cargo van for attendees to travel to and from Tampa, FL. Individuals will be responsible for boarding the bus at or before the departure time. Domi Station is not responsible for providing travel to those who miss the departure time. P﻿rogram Fees Include: <ul><li>R﻿ound-Trip Bus Ride</li><li>H﻿otel Stay (2-Nights)</li><li>GA T﻿icket to Sypnase Summit 2023</li></ul>Program Fees Do Not Include:<ul><li>F﻿ood </li><li>P﻿ersonal Travel/Activity Money</li><li>P﻿ersonal Spending Money</li></ul>R﻿efunds/Release of LiabilityRefunds/release of liability cannot be granted in instances of withdrawal after the trip has begun. In no instance is a refund or release of fee liability request considered if it is received after or during or a week before the trip. F﻿ULL REFUNDS of the paid program fee will be granted for attendee cancellation prior to the start of the program under the following circumstances<ul><li>D﻿omi Station cancels the trip. The trip is dependent upon the number of attendees who sign up. If Domi Station is unable to meet its occupancy goal for the trip, all paid attendees will be made aware and be fully refunded. </li></ul><ul><li>A﻿ttendee withdraws from the trip at least two weeks before the departure date</li><li>E﻿xceptional unforeseen circumstances with appropriate documentation</li></ul>P﻿ARTIAL REFUNDS of the paid program fee will be granted for attendee cancellation prior to the start of the program under the following circumstance(s)<ul><li>A﻿ttendee withdraws from the trip at least a week before the departure date</li></ul>
