First Saturdays in ENC: Ayurveda 101 and Salsa Dancing for Beginners

<h2>3﻿pm: Ayurveda 101 Vol.2 with Emily and Natasha: It’s Not What, It’s When &amp; How</h2><h3>Highlighting important facets of our day-to-day routines and eating patterns from an Ayurvedic perspective</h3>Natasha and Emily are so excited to share their passion for Ayurveda with you! They’re hosting monthly community workshops in an intimate setting in Encinitas, CA. Livestream options are available, please email support@movewisewellness.com to request. In these sessions Emily and Natasha will walk you through how to incorporate the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into modern day life. Small shifts in diet and lifestyle restore inner balance of the body, mind, and spirit, and get us closer to living In tune with the natural rhythms of nature. We&#x27;ll cover a new topic each month, no prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed to attend. We will talk about the commonalities between what modern day science has recently discovered vs. what Ayurveda has been teaching for thousands of years. We&#x27;ll give you easy to apply tools that you can do from home or on the go. What to bring: An open mind, a journal or notebook and pen, something to sit on, blankets if you get cold, and a friend to share the learnings with!Cost: $15<h1>4-6pm Sunset &amp; Salsa</h1><h3>For Beginners</h3>Let loose and have fun during the 45 minute salsa lesson for beginners with Natasha, followed by an hour of social dancing practice to fun music, sunset views, snacks, and small business vendor shops. Learn basic steps you can do on the social dance floor anywhere!
