Who doesn't love a good themed class? Our 12 days of Christmas class will incorporate 12 different movements to upbeat music! Prepare yourself to have a little fun and challenge yourself along the way! Get ready to rev up your metabolism, torch calories &amp; burn serious fat with this Tabata style boot camp class which combines classic barre exercises with short bursts of cardio; 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. As we say in class, "You can do anything for 20 seconds!" This class works every muscle &amp; you will leave feeling worked and refreshed.Please note this class is an hour and fifteen minutes as we will spend the last 15 minutes with a stretch and cool down.
