Mind & Body Garden Psychology (美国一三心理诊所)

如果您受到失眠的困扰，例如：入睡困难，睡眠质量差，晚上清醒后再次入睡困难，早上清醒过早，等等症状，都欢迎加入我们的失眠治疗团体。我们运用美国睡眠协会，美国医学协会，和世界卫生组织（WHO）等多个权威机构认证的科学的睡眠心理学方法（CBTI- CBT for Insomnia），帮您调理您的睡眠，改善睡眠习惯，提高睡眠质量。
 
团体带领人：
徐艺珊博士，美国加州执照，临床心理学家，系统受训于美国州立精神病院，弗吉尼亚大学附属医院神经科，夏普医院，凯撒医院，斯坦福睡眠科，临床治疗经验8000小时＋。
 
团体形式：
每月一个疗程，共四个主题，每周一次，每次一小时，每个月的第一个星期开始，连续四周。
 
团体收费：
如果您或者您的家人有美国的Lyra Health员工福利，你可以免费参加我们的小组。
如果自己付费，$400一个疗程，包括四次小组，相关的材料，两次免费补课的机会，私人定制睡眠计划，等。
 
团体地点：
线下：885 N San Antonio Rd., Suite O, Los Altos, CA 94022
线上：通过zoom视频参加。
 
团体时间：
周四晚上8pm（如果无法亲自来办公室，可以线上参与）
英文团体时间不一样，请邮件问询。
